COLUMBUS, GEORGIA – Col. Earle F. Lasseter, USA (retired), a partner and trial lawyer at Pope McGlamry, a prominent Georgia law firm specializing in civil litigation, has been elected Judge Advocate General for the Military Order of the World Wars (“MOWW”). The MOWW is a non-partisan organization of officers from all of the United States uniformed services dedicated to promoting national security, patriotism, good citizenship and service to country.In addition to his work with MOWW, Lasseter has served the American Bar Association as both its Treasurer and General Practice Section Chairman. He has also served on the ABA’s Board of Governors and for 16 years as a member of its House of Delegates.
