Schmalzried, M.D. asserting product liability claims arising from the DePuy ASR total hip replacement system. Those cases have been coordinated before the Honorable Richard A. Kramer in the Superior Court of San Francisco, California under the Judicial Council Coordination Proceeding No. 4649.
